Yeah, the name's a

joke. The work isn't.

I'm Nick Einstman, a Philadelphia-based marketing professional and content creator. I've spent years helping brands figure out who they are, what they want to say, and how to say it in a way that actually connects with people.

I run Nick's Not Creative as a freelance operation for small brands and creative businesses who want a collaborative partner, not a faceless agency. You get me, directly, on every project.

What I actually do

Strategy, content, and everything in between.

My background covers the full marketing mix: campaign strategy, content creation, social media, email, CRM, video production, and brand storytelling. I'm fluent in HubSpot and Adobe Creative Suite, and I bring the same energy to a small indie brand as I do to a larger campaign.

I've worked with brands across industries and the approach is always the same: find what makes something genuinely interesting, then build the marketing around that..

Credentials

The stuff that proves I know what I'm talking about.

B.A. in Communications with a focus in Film and Media, minor in Expository Writing. Multiple HubSpot certifications covering content marketing, social media, and inbound strategy. Currently pursuing graduate-level coursework in integrated marketing communications, because apparently I like homework.

The rest of it

When I'm not doing marketing stuff.

I shoot concerts, mostly punk, mostly loud. My music taste runs from FEAR to MF DOOM with no warning and no apology. I build things that have no business working but usually do.

I hike and camp with my dog Laszlo, whom I left an Eagles game early to adopt. I'm a sucker for B horror flicks, thrift stores, and weird roadside attractions where I will inevitably end up in a 45-minute conversation with whoever runs the place.

That's just who I am. It comes through in the work.
